    • Choose the question type multichoice from the Question Type dropdown.

    • If you already have answers entered in a particular category.  You have two options
      • Option 1  Add the answers individually.
        • Choose that category from the dropdown at the middle of the form.  Then the SET below the answer ID brings up all of the answers in that category.
        • Highlight the one you want, and its ID appears in the Add Answer box.
        • If this is the right answer tick the check box.

        • Use the check box at the left of each one to select the answers that you want.
        • Click the Add answers link. If you add new answers to the list that appears, they will be by default in the category selected. You can then use the check box to the answers you want using the check box at the left and then click the Add Answers to BasicQuestion link at the top of the page.
        • Warning - this replaces the BasicQuestion window. If you don't add answers at the moment, your BasicQuestion window will have disappeared. We will fix this.
    • If no answers that you want are available.  You have two options.

  • Go to EDIT then PAGE LIST on the menu bar at the top.
  • Choose the subtopic name from the dropdown list at the left in the editor form.
Show/Hide a review of detail about the page form.

The type of page added depends on the drop down at the left.  Question is the default.
PSeq defaults to adding at the end of the current page list.  You can change it to a lower number to insert a question in an existing list.
To delete a question you own from an existing list, tick the check box in the most left column and click on the Del link that is next to the SAVE button.
The SAVE button saves changes that you have made to the fields for existing questions.
  • Choose Ed from under the Question ID box in the green Add row. This allows you to create a new question and assign it to a category. Show/Hide detail about the form that appears.
  • Choose Set from under the Question ID box in the green Add Question row to display the set of questions in your category. Highlighting the question you want puts its ID in the Question ID field.  If you have forgotten to attach a category, expand the text below the third bullet point.
  • Choose Add from the end of the row in the green add question bar.
  • Choose View from the end of the new page row OR reload the module in BestChoice and go to the appropriate page using the dropdown.
